With Innovameat, the project by Masserie del Sole, we have decided to establish, organize, and enhance the short supply chain for Sicilian buffalo meat — a premium, healthy, and naturally lean meat. We have developed a production process that best enhances its organoleptic characteristics and nutritional values.

Our goal is to continuously improve animal welfare by adopting integrated farming systems and specially designed feed for healthy and sustainable growth. Our meats, low in fat and cholesterol, are also ideal for balanced diets and healthy eating regimens.
